Best location in Islington: the flat is in an attractive Georgian house on a quiet tree lined street in the Amwell St conservation area. It's only 10 minutes walk to King's Cross or Angel stations and a short cycle from the West End or the City. There is a great choice of cafes, pubs and restaurants, with Exmouth Market on your doorstep and Upper St and the Granary square close by.

The double room is south facing with a lovely view over the neighbouring gardens. It comes with its own bathroom (bath with shower) and adjoining storage area.

The communal areas are shared with the other flatmate (me). They’re comfortable and well furnished, but there’s no TV. There’s no cleaner so we’d share this. I’m looking for an easy going flatmate who is considerate & sociable.
