I’m posting on behalf of my girlfriend who is wanting to transfer contract of her accommodation in
Depot point, Yugo Student accommodation from 10.09.2023-01.09.2024.
Here is some key info.

1. Room: Standard en-suite, Floor 1
-Private bathroom and a shared kitchen.
-17 square meters of large space with good lighting.
-367£ per week, all bills included.

2. Location: WC1X 9AH
- 6 minutes to Kings cross Underground: 17 min to KCL & LSE.
-There is a coop and Tesco within two or six minutes walk nearby, and Waitrose in ten minutes.

3. Facility
-Free Wifi, Cinema Room, 24/7 Gym, Study Rooms,
Laundry Room, Common Room, Bike Storage, and On-site maintenance.

Again, I’m posting this on behalf of my girlfriend from China who’s going to be doing her Masters this September at LSHTM , originally she was going to stay in this room but opted out to another accommodation instead so she has to transfer, hence the ad.
