Cozy room in Clerkenwell (Exmouth Market)

Hi, I am offering a room in Clerkenwell from Mid of June onwards as I will finish my master’s degree. The room has a minimum rent required of one year and two months (with the possibility to end the lease early).

The room is in a shared flat with three more people, all students! We are all really cool with each other but also respect if we need time to relax. We share a kitchen (incl. all utensils needed for cooking), bathroom, living room and small balcony, which is really sweet when it’s warm outside. The rent is 1,300 GBP with bills (electricity, water, wifi) all included.

The flat is very centrally located and close to City University, with Farringdon (~10-15min) being the closest underground station. Kings Cross is not far either (~15min). And there are a couple of bus stops really close by. What I also really love is how residential and quiet the area is, no tourists at all!!
