Hello, I am moving out of my student accomodation and I am looking for a person who can take up the contract from me for this summer. It is an an ensuite room in Paul Robeson house just next to King's cross and Angel. Any university of London student (any college or school in London) will be able to take up this contract from me from the 1st of June onwards. The contract ends on the 14th of September. I will be able to arrange a viewing.
The room is originally 915 GBP according to the contract but I will be able to give it for 850GBP per month. I will send the decrease in rent (260GBP for 4 months) through bank transfer on the day the contract is taken over.
