Looking for a friendly and reliable tenant to take over my much-loved double room in a beautiful, bright flat just a short walk from both King’s Cross and Angel tube station. You’ll also be just 10 minutes from the vibrant Exmouth Market, filled with great food, coffee, and lovely atmosphere.

The room is generously sized and comes with a double bed, four large mirrored wardrobes and a big chest of drawers. There is also space for full-sized desk – perfect if you work from home. You’ll wake up to a lovely view over King’s Cross and nearby greenery.

The flat itself has a spacious, light-filled living room with two comfy sofas, a dining table, and a TV – ideal for relaxing or hosting friends. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped with all amenities.

The neighbourhood is calm and residential, with kind, trustworthy neighbours. You’ll be sharing with two lovely young professionals – one from the USA and the other from Singapore – both friendly, respectful, and very easy to live with. I’ve lived here happily for three years and it truly feels like home.
