I'm going to the US for 3 months from 17 Dec to 31 March. I'm looking for a sublet during this period.
Bills + council tax = ~£100 per month, so total roughly £1240 per month for the room. It's a beautiful flat that's in top condition.
The flatmates are 2 lovely guys in their 20s. Everyone's super clean and respectful, so looking for someone who looks after the common areas and is respectful of noise etc.

I've been working for five years in sustainable investments in North America and Europe, and came to England three years ago to pursue a Master's degree at the University of Oxford.
Emanuele - Italian management consultant who's recently moved to London a couple of months ago after completing my studies at INSEAD in Singapore. I'm a nice and chill person who enjoys good food, going running, watching TV shows, and going out to explore the city. Settling well into my new London life!
