PG Student replacement needed at PaulRobeson House

Hello, I'm looking for a replacement for my room at Paul Robeson House (Postgraduate students only). The room is ensuite with a shared kitchen. The toilets and bathroom are clean and has a good shower. Room is spacious with 13 meter square area, with plenty of storage spaces. The bed includes a matress and is comfy. The room is on floor 5, and it offers a good view and sunlight during sunny day mornings from the large window. The room also includes a heater. The kitchen is neat and clean, and has plently of space to store food and supplies. Weekly Kitchen cleaning is done by the staff. The location is prime as it is walking distance from University of London, SOAS and many other universities with an avg 20 min walk (saves travel costs). The rent for the room is £237/week (all bills included).
