The buliding is exdusively for postgraduate students, offering a quiet and respectful living enviroriment. The building has both lift and stair access, and the accommodation provides weekly professional cleaning of shared areas, including the kitchen and flat corridor, helping keep the space tidy and comfortable.

The Incoming tenant will have:
-2 kitchen drawers
-1 small cupboard and 1 Large cupboard
-1 shelf in the smaller refrigerator
-2 freezer drawers
All white goods are provided (fridges, ovens, etc.). Additional appliances such as a kettle and air fryer belong to currerit flatmates, but they are generally happy to share if asked.
Flatmates The flatmates are friendly, respectful, and easygoing, and everyone values privacy and personal space, making it a comfortable environment for studying and living.
Location The flat is very well connected:
6-minute downhill walk to King's Cross St. Pancras Station
10-minute uphill walk to Angel Station (Northern Line)
