A single room is available in a 7-person postgraduate flatshare within a secure gated student accommodation, PAUL ROBESON HOUSE. The buliding is exdusively for full time postgraduate students (minimum till September 2026), offering a quiet and respectful living enviroriment. The building has both lift and stair access, and the accommodation provides weekly professional cleaning of shared areas, including the kitchen and flat corridor, helping keep the space tidy and comfortable. No curfew. Réception/Concierge available for parcel. Circuit Laundry for students.

Viewing available before 18th March and After 15th April (I will be traveling for a month so viewing in between will not be possible)

The Incoming tenant will have:
