Double bed room in 3-bed flat near King‘s Cross

Double room available for a medium-term sublet in a furnished 3-bed flat in Islington, about a 5-10 minute walk from King's Cross. This is to take over my current spot in the flat as I plan on moving out.

The flat is spread across two floors above a ground-floor entrance, with an open-plan kitchen and living area, one shared bathroom, and a washing machine. Kitchen is already kitted out with utensils and everything you'd need. The room comes with a double bed, desk, wardrobe, and some shelving.

The other two flatmates who you would be living with are both guys in their mid-twenties working in finance. It's a friendly flat - everyone gets on well and is happy to chat, but equally people do their own thing and respect each other's space. Not a party flat, but not dead quiet either. The household is clean - there's a weekly cleaning rota between flatmates to make sure the place stays in good condition.

Location-wise it's really central. King's Cross and all its connections are a short walk away, and you've got plenty of shops, restaurants, and pubs around Islington on your doorstep. It's also not far from UCL, so could work well for students too.

House rules are pretty straightforward: no smoking inside (fine outside), no pets, and overnight guests are allowed after confirming with flatmates - just to stay respectful.

Looking for someone easygoing and respectful who's happy to also keep the place tidy to replace my spot. The rest of the lease runs from May through to end of September.
