Double Room with great views

Hi folks. My spare room is available from the start of September. You'll be sharing with me and my cat Sylvie.
It's a spacious, quiet, and bright double room in my 19th-floor, 2-bed flat in Landmark Heights, with beautiful views over Hackney Marshes, the Olympic Park, the River Lea, and the whole city. The building is 5 minutes walk from Chatsworth Road with its cafes and Sunday market.

The room is furnished with a comfy Ikea bed with under-bed storage, and two white Ikea chests of drawers. There's a nice comfy living room and balcony, spacious kitchen, bathroom (with bath & shower) and separate toilet, and plenty of storage.

There's a 24-hour concierge and it's a really friendly building, with a nice sense of community. There's free secure car parking and free access to the gym downstairs. There's also secure bike storage.

I'm a music and film lover, and I work in music too. I work from home around half the week. I like cooking for friends, yoga, and going on weekend bike adventures.
I'm the owner of the flat so I'm looking for someone who will treat the place like a proper home, and ideally looking for a cat lover.
