I am gutted to be moving out of the best house share! I have been here for around 3 years and love it.

The house: Is a three storey 70s build with a big living-kitchen-dining room on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms on each of the floors above. Not much to look at but spacious, with plenty of storage including a bike cupboard.

It has two toilets, one shower with bath and a large back garden.

The room is £750 - comes furnished with a double bed, mattress, wardrobe, desk and bedside table. (Landlord has been a hero and can remove any of this if you have your own stuff at no extra cost.)

The living space has a dining table, sofa, TV (bigger than than in the ad), washing machine and fridge/freezer. Our landlord is really great and has given us money for furniture in the past. If we report problems he always comes to sort them within the week, and if you fancy making changes to a room reimburses straight away).

Bills tend to be around £70-£100 a month. This includes council tax, gas and electric, water, TV license and internet. Deposit is £750.

The three legend that you'll be living with are late twenties to early thirties.
Emily - Works for a start up,, loves eating out, running and is unbelievable at pool.
Dave - Works for a big bank (but is one of the good guys), also enjoys running and getting beaten at pool by Emily.
Maria - Also runs (you get the theme), likes cinema, festivals and comedy.

We are all really good friends and looking for some one that wants to come to the pub or a comedy night but everyone also does have their own thing going on.

The area, Overground Stations, Homerton and Clapton are both less than a 10/15 minute walk away. From Homerton you’re at Highbury and Islington or Stratford in 10 minutes. So about 45 mins into central. The 242 bus runs all day and night into Aldgate via Shoreditch and is 1 minute jog away from the front door.

The house is on a friendly estate and 1 minutes walk from Chatsworth Road. Our local boujie high street has plenty of pop ups and restaurants and an unjustifiably posh Spa shop.

To be honest you have so much in the area you never really need to get on a tube as it's surrounded by Hackney, Clapton, Stokey.

We also have lots of green spaces nearby. Milfields Park is a 30 second walk away, Hackney Marshes and Walthamstow Marshes just 4 mins, and about half an hour to Victoria Park.
