This room comes with a double bed, a sofa chair, a desk and a large cupboard. There is space to add your own desk, additional furniture, or just add your own personal touch!

This is a big, ground floor flat with a spacious kitchen and bathroom, and an additional toilet.

We are preferably looking to have professional sharing this flat.

Clapton Square is a great location, and is the second largest garden square in Hackney. Opposite the flat is a lovely park with a play area and large green space that is great for having picnics during the summer, or catching a tan!

Within 3-5 minute walking distance, you’ll find many bus stops, cafés, stores and shops, barbers, hairdressers, salons, and Kings Hall Leisure Centre where there is a gym, swimming pool and fitness classes.

The nearest stations include Hackney Central (8-minute walk), Hackney Downs (8-minute walk), Clapton (15-minute walk) and Rectory Road (20-minute walk). You can easily get to Central London from here directly via bus or train.

Rent is £950 per month, and this includes utility bills, wifi, council tax, and water bills.
