There is big, bright, beautiful room available in our house in Lower Clapton just near the Clapton Pond from the 20th March.

The location is great! There are very close bus stops that you can walk in 3 mins. Clapton and Hackney central overground stations respectively 8 and 15 mins away on foot. There are plenty of organic shops and tesco around. 15-20 mins away from Hackney marshes.

You will be living with 2 females and 2 males who are all proffessionals, working in diverse fields: Chef, Production Designer, Frame Designer and Health Social Worker. Everyone enjoys cooking and having flat dinners occasionaly. You'll be living in a friendly, creative and nourishing people.

The room is on the ground floor very bright and ceiling is very high. It comes unfurnished but as i am moving, i can leave my bed frame and couple things. The kitchen is beautiful and there are plenty of kitchen utensils, spices and tools to cook. There is a big garden that bbq sunday roasts takes place once weather is lovely. There is one toilet and toilet/bathroom.

The rent is £557p/m, bills not included.
