Hello! 

Im leaving this double bedroom with ensuite and private balcony. This comes furnished with bed/mattress, shelves, wardrobe and chest of drawers. 
It's a 3 storey house in a gated mews just off Chatsworth Road.

The house has 4 double bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. The ground floor is an open plan living/kitchen area with outdoor spaces at the front and back of the house. The kitchen is well equipped with 2 fridges between 4 and plenty of cupboard space.

Bills are around £75 a month (water/gas/electricity/council tax/internet)

You'll be sharing with 3 professional girls working in hospitality, procurement and civil service. They're looking for a like-minded professional girl in their twenties/early thirties to join them, ideally someone clean and tidy but easygoing who likes their own space but enjoys the odd reality tv show and wine talks on the sofa.

Its just off Chatsworth Rd about 5 minutes from Homerton station and 10 minutes from Hackney Central. Nearest shops are a 2 min walk away.
