The room is a double with an ensuite and walk in style wardrobe. There's a double bed (with a frame not shown in photos), a bedside table and a chest of drawers. The rent has been reduced recently and is super cheap at £530 a month! the bills come to around £80 a month.

As this is a sublet no references are needed and no contract. The lease ends on 6/08 with a possibility of extending the stay and joining the contract.

- - The property - -
There's a shared living room/kitchen and balcony. You'll be sharing with Kim, Adil and Aya. Kim and I have a 14 week old kitten so you have to be ok with her being queen of this castle. We also need to be sure whoever joins us treats her well and gives her lots of love!

The flat is about a 5 minute walk from Chatsworth Road and Hackney Marshes and a 15ish minute walk to Homerton Overground.

- - The household - -
Kim is a lovely vegan german lass who plays bass guitar in a band and works at a restaurant.
Adil is a little carnivore who loves drag race and works as a TA.
Aya is also vegan and likes painting and being creative to stay sane whilst working at a pub.
Kimchi is the cutest lil kitty in the world who spends her days wreaking havoc and being super sweet.

It's rly important that you're LGBTQ+ friendly and generally just not a tosser.
