The location is the best. Within 8 seconds of stepping out of the front door you are on Chatsworth Road, with access to restaurants and takeaways, shops, food markets, even a cinema. The canals and Hackney Marshes are 5 minutes down the road, and Victoria Park is just a 10 minute walk away.

Hackney Downs - 18 minute walk
