Cosy Single Room in Hackney Downs 🌳🌻🌳

Hi there,

We have a single room to rent in Hackney Downs and are looking for a clean and considerate flatmate to fill it. You'll be living with three others in their 20s/30s

The flat is right next to Hackney Downs Park, which is excellent in summer, as well as being within walking distance of Broadway Market, London Fields and Dalston.

The room is very cosy: three of us have previously lived in it. There is now a small double bed in there that was custom made to fit the room (though this isn't shown in the pics).

Most of the bills are included in the rent apart from gas and electric, which come to around £30 a month. We get on with our neighbours very well; as it's a small block, there is a real community feel.

The landlords are really decent people and take great care of us, which is the reason why we have been living here for a very long time.
