2 of our flatmates are sadly leaving end of October which means 2 rooms will become available at the house we share in Lower Clapton starting on the 1st of November.
3 of us will remain (2 guys, 1 girl). House counts with 5 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, kitchen/dining area, and a small patio. There's enough space in the corridor for another bike. We're all friendly and calm, 27+ years old. Looking for similar folks. As far as I know, no pets allowed.
The first room (£603) is about 3.5 x 3 meters. Has a carpet and doubled-paned windows. Comes with bed, mattress, table, chair, wardrobe, and cupboard.
The second room (£550) is a single room of about 2.5 x 2.5 meters, normal height ceilings and also comes furnished.
- Utility bills of about £120 per month. Council tax band E.
- renewable 1-year contract to be signed on the 28th of March
