Bedroom in houseshare Lower Clapton

A room will become available at the house we share in Lower Clapton starting next week. Right now it's 3 guys and 2 women. 1 couple shares a room. House counts with 5 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen/dining area, and a small patio. We're all friendly and calm, 27+ years old. Looking for similar folks. As far as I know, no pets allowed.

The room is about 3.5 x 3 meters, high ceilings. Upstairs. Has a carpet and double-paned windows. Comes with bed, mattress, table, chair, wardrobe, and cupboard. It can be cold in the winter and ventilation is required to keep mould at bay. The house is a bit old and we spotted a couple of mice last Summer.

Rent is £572.50 per month. Move-in date can be 18th-31st of May, the sooner the better.

Additional costs:
- Utility bills of about £110 per month.
