Two double rooms in a 5 bedroom house in Hackney, Lower Clapton - £800 pcm, excluding bills. We've been living here since April 2022. Lease is up in April but we are keen to renew again.

We’re looking for a fourth and fifth housemate to move into our homely house in Lower Clapton. One room is available on August 4th and the other on 25th August. Both rooms will come semi furnished, with a bed. The bedroom in the photos is available August 25th and the room in the video is available August 4th.

There are two large living areas, 2 bathrooms & a toilet, a spacious kitchen and a drying room. We also have a small front garden and a large back garden. The living room is kitted with a high quality sound system and theres art all over the house. We sadly can't add any more photos as this is the max amount.

We are three 26/27 year olds from Ireland who have been living in London for the last 3/4 years. We all work full-time, two of us in sustainability and another in hospitality. We're all musicians to varying standards, into sport and keen on going out. We have a few lovely local pubs, coffee shops, restaurants and parks which we frequent regularly

We're looking for two people of a similar age, sociable and tidy. Open to two friends looking together, or individuals. No preference on gender!
