Two lovely light double rooms in a cosy and friendly house share. The house has a relaxed, calm atmosphere and is located on a quiet dead-end street so it's a very peaceful place to be. The rooms:
One is on the ground floor, the other on the first floor. Both are at the back of the house looking into the garden.

Room 1 ground floor:
£738 pcm. The room is great, warm in the winter and cool in the summer due to the high ceilings. It's unfurnished except for the double bed frame which will stay although I will be selling my furniture - chest of drawers, desk and chair, light and rug (I can do a deal for whoever moves in). Also the landlord is super flexible if you want to paint the walls, put up shelves and pictures, etc. Available to move in 30th November.

Room 2 first floor:
£738pcm. A lovely, generously sized room that comes furnished with bed and wardrobe plus a built-in cupboard. The room is peaceful and quiet, and looks out over the green garden. Available to move in from 7th November.

There are five rooms in the house in total. The current housemates staying are - Laura a singer songwriter / language teacher, Nina who works in HR for a creative agency, and Amara project manager / part time activist - all professionals who are respectful and fun. The house has a gorgeous garden and a shared living/dining room that leads off the kitchen. There is a shared bathroom and a separate toilet. There's also a basement which you can use for storage.

The house is right next to Millfields Park and the canal, as well as Chatsworth Road, so you're spoilt for lovely places to walk, eat and drink!

All bills are included in the rent (along with the kitty which covers cleaning products, toilet roll, soap!) except for the water which is paid every six months and is around £11 per month per person.

We have both lived in the house for a while and are super sad to be leaving such a chill, homely place with lovely housemates but Liv is going travelling and Phil has found a new place to live so unfortunately we have to say bye.
