We’re looking for a new housemate to join us in our fantastic three-storey house on a quiet residential street in Homerton/Lower Clapton. We’re just off Chatsworth Road, a great little high street with lots of independent shops, delis, restaurants/bars, its own cinema and a Sunday market. The house is close to Homerton station and a short walk from Hackney Central. Hackney Marshes, Millfields Park and the canal are all close by.

The house comprises:
• Large, comfortable living room
• Big, bright kitchen/diner
• Private and peaceful back garden with patio seating area – great for BBQs
• 3 WCs shared between 4 housemates
• Spare room, suitable for occasional guests staying and desk space for working from home
• Basement with some storage space

You’ll be sharing with one woman and two guys, all friendly professionals in their 30s, from the UK.

We don’t smoke in the house but feel free to use the outdoor seating area. No couples or pets, sorry.

Rent is £740 a month. Bills average £130 a month covering energy/water, council tax, broadband, and fortnightly cleaner for communal areas.

We’re arranging viewings (in-person only) on the weekend of 9-10 November, and looking for someone to join us at the start of December.
