We’re looking for a new housemate to join us in our fantastic three-storey house on a quiet residential street in Homerton/Lower Clapton. We’re just off Chatsworth Road, a great little high street with lots of independent shops, delis, restaurants/bars, its own cinema and a Sunday market. The house is close to Homerton station and a short walk from Hackney Central. Hackney Marshes, Millfields Park and the canal are all close by.

The house comprises:
• Large, comfortable living room
• Big, bright kitchen/diner
• Private and peaceful back garden with patio seating area – great for BBQs
• 3 WCs shared between 4 housemates
• Spare room, suitable for occasional guests staying and desk space for working from home
• Basement with some storage space

The room is a large double, recently redecorated, with lots of storage.

You’ll be sharing with two women and one man, all friendly professionals in their 30s, from the UK. LGBTQ+ friendly.

We don’t smoke in the house but feel free to use the outdoor seating area. No couples or pets, sorry.

Rent is £1087 a month. Bills average £130 a month covering energy/water, council tax, broadband, and fortnightly cleaner for communal areas.
