We’re looking for a new housemate to join us in our fantastic three-storey house on a quiet residential street in Homerton/Lower Clapton. We’re just off Chatsworth Road, a great little high street with lots of independent shops, delis, restaurants/bars, its own cinema and a Sunday market. The house is close to Homerton station and a short walk from Hackney Central. Hackney Marshes, Millfields Park and the canal are all close by – perfect for summer.

The bedroom available is a really big bright double with two windows getting plenty of sunlight and a whole wall of floor-to-ceiling wardrobe space. It's ideal for someone who needs a lot of storage or space to work from home.

The house comprises:

• 3 WCs shared between 4 housemates
• Spare room, suitable for occasional guests staying and desk space for working from home

You’ll be sharing with two women and one guy, all friendly professionals aged late 20s/30s, from the UK.

We don’t smoke in the house but feel free to use the outdoor seating area. No couples or pets, sorry.

Rent is £930/month. Bills come to £130 a month covering energy/water, council tax, broadband, and fortnightly cleaner for communal areas. We’re arranging viewings (in-person only), and looking for someone to join us 1st October.
