Large Room Available Lower Clapton

Hi Guys,
We have a large room going in our 4-bed share-house in Lower Clapton.
£1,000 + bills (around 100 or so more).
The room is furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and other storage bits. (NO COUPLES SORRY)
The house is situated just off the main stretch of shops near Clapton Pond. It's a quiet street but only a 2-minute walk from Hackney Downs Park, 10-minute walk to either Clapton overground, Hackney Central and loads of busses heading in every direction for your convenience.
We are a group of friendly and respectful individuals who enjoy spending time together but also value personal space. We are looking for someone who shares these values and is willing to contribute to a positive and clean living environment.
You'd be living with Kahli(myself)28, Freelance Stylist/Photographer from Sydney, Australia,
Tom(27, Behavioural Specialist also Australian) and Malachi(28, Works in Television, British).
Our ideal housemate is someone who is responsible, reliable, and communicative. They should be respectful of others' schedules, belongings, and privacy. We are looking for someone who is tidy and willing to help out with cleaning and maintaining the shared spaces.
