Cat-Loving Roommate for an Amazing Location

Hello there! I'm currently looking for a wonderful roommate to share my lovely house. The location is absolutely fantastic—just a short 6-8 minute walk to both Clapton and Hackney Downs, and only 10 minutes away from Hackney Central. We also have the added bonus of a beautiful garden that gets plenty of morning sun until 3 pm.

A little about me: I'm a lady in my 40s who leads a quiet life during the winter and enjoys a more sociable lifestyle in the summer. I work mostly from home in the living room 9-5, with the occasional day at the office. My home is cozy and comfortable, and I have two adorable cats who bring so much joy to the space. Being a cat lover is a must, as I'll occasionally need some help with cat sitting.

My home is quite quirky and not modern, but if you can look past that, you'll find it to be a cozy and comfortable space with great transport links and lots of cat canoodling. I offer a calm, quiet, and peaceful environment, perfect for someone who values tranquility and relaxation. I hope to share my home with someone who is into health, fitness, and healthy eating, as I’d love to be inspired to be better at those things too. My home is so cozy that it's been known to lull people to sleep within 15 minutes! If you're a Netflix enthusiast, be prepared for some serious relaxation and potential cat cuddles.

The available room is pictured in the photo. The bed is an ottoman with convenient underbed storage, perfect for keeping your belongings organized. We'll be sharing the kitchen, bathroom, and living room, where my workspace is located.
