Victorian Conversion Double room Private Garden E5

Looking for someone to move in ASAP (from the 19th June).

I am looking for someone to share a home with. I have put a lot of effort making the apartment feel like a home.

Bedroom comes with private entrance and small terrace overlooking the gardens, a double bed, chest of drawers and a shelf. The room is approx 3x3.5m in size. You can fit a small desk in there if needs be.

The apartment is beautiful and I love living here. The living room gets amazing light throughout the day and has lovely high ceilings. The bedroom has a private entrance to the massive private garden, there is another side entrance to the garden where I put my bike. The shower/bath has great water pressure (if you care about that as I do). Most of the furniture in the apartment is mine and is mid century.

The apartment has super fast wifi (220 Mbps) and comes with a washing machine, dishwasher, central heating, gas stove and oven.

The area is amazing with lots of cool restaurants and cafes close by. We are right beside Hackney Downs park. The apartment is on a quiet cul-de-sac so there is never any noise and it is very peaceful.

I am Irish, 40, Queer non binary, working in fashion. I have an active social life and go out but I like home to be a chill space and am looking for someone similar. I am big into fitness and outdoor activities like basketball, cycling, hiking and bouldering. I love to read and am into philosophy and psychology. I am a deep thinker and love deep conversation. I am not OCD about cleaning but I like to leave things as I found them/keep the place tidy and would be looking for the same from a flatmate. Just common decency and mutual respect.

Bills at the moment are £190 per month per person including the cleaner who comes every 2 weeks.
