Double room available in a beautiful apartment on the canal side and Millfields Park. The apartment is convenient for having Leyton Marshes, Hackney Marshes, Chatsworth Road and the beautiful Millfields Park.

The room is available from 15th of August and it will be ready to move in after than.

There is plenty of secure parking in the basement of the apartment if you have a car but you’d need to apply for a permit I need to ask the agency.

The room itself boasts a high double-glazed window and laminate floor, perfect for creating your cosy sanctuary. It comes unfurnished.

The flat has a big balcony only accessible from the living room. The kitchen and the living room are together. I enjoy a bit of botany so the flat has many plants.

The living room/kitchen- a great bright and cosy space. The kitchen has all utilities including a dishwasher, slow juicer and baking equipment.

Bathroom- it has a bath and everything works perfectly.

Storages- The flat has two storages one with a big washing machine with a dryer option. We keep our bicycles on the balcony.

It is about a 10-minute walk to Clapton Overground and takes you 13 minutes to get to Liverpool Street. And a 5-minute walk to Lea Bridge Road where there are many bus routes into the city.

The rent for this spacious small double room is £975. Bills are £175 per month all including, council tax, electricity, water and internet. I pay the same amount of bills in the summer and winter as well. I require a deposit of £850.

You will share the flat with just me. I am a working professional with a busy schedule working and studying at the same time. I work as a counsellor at a women's centre and a wellbeing coordinator on a project at a charity. I work two days from home, using my bedroom as an office. I studied Psychology and trained as a psychotherapist In Turkey and studying psychotherapy again at the moment.

I am a chilled-out, friendly, easy-going and tidy woman. I am 40, born and raised in Turkey moved to London 6 years ago. Yoga, cycling, meditation, juggling, slacklining and board games are my hobbies.

I am looking for an easy-going, genuine and warm flatmate who values tidiness and respects each other’s space. Socialising is always welcome, and it would be wonderful to share some great moments.
