I live here with my 2 children (3 & 9) who are with me ⅔ of the time. It’s a lovely cosy family home & we’re looking for a friendly and amenable person to come live with us. It's a busy family home! It's a bit unusual because of the kiddos, so I'm really looking for someone who actively wants to live in this kind of set up.

The room is furnished, so it’s more of a lodger situation than a flat share… ideal for a student, or professional working in London. Monday - Friday let preferred, but I'd be open to full time for the right person. Happy to negotiate on all sorts tho! Rent is £600 for Mon - Friday (inclusive of bills). If full time, it will be £600 plus £100 towards bills, so £700 all in.
