Lower Clapton E5, 6 Bed House share

The room is on the upper floor of a big 3-level house only 2 mins away from Clapton Pond in Hackney. It is south-facing with lots of natural light, very spacious, and has an additional small study room. The room is part furnished but stuff can go and you're most welcome to bring your own furniture.

There is a big fully equipped kitchen on the ground level of the house connected to a living room leading to a lovely garden. There are three bathrooms.

It is is a well connected location with buses (only 3 min away) and overground (Clapton is 10 min away while Hackney Central/Hackney Downs are 15 min away). The area is great with a lot of shops, restaurants, pubs, all in walking distance, Hackney Downs park is 5 min away and Lea river is a 15 min walk down the road.

We all work during the day and sometimes tend to get quite busy but like to get together in the evenings. We often cook and have dinners together, watch films, hang out in the garden, and enjoy a house party or a bbq from time to time. House is non-smoking but smoking in the garden is fine.

There is 5 of us, all boys, a mix of British, Irish, Greek, and Italian. Also, you will be sharing with Edgar, a very friendly cat despite his majestic size (and fur).

We take good care of keeping the house tidy and clean and consider it home, we would like to live with someone who is equally considerate and interested to move in long-term.
