Sublet in beautiful big double in Lower Clapton

I am subletting my room for 4 - 5 weeks.

We've had subletters many times before and love to welcome to new people to the house and area.

I am subletting the top floor double bedroom in a three floor house with lots of natural light. I am minimal and tidy so there's plenty of space in the room.

We have a massive kitchen that goes onto the garden and a front garden too. There's a big living room on the first floor where we project films and tv series.

The location is amazing, a few minutes from Chatsworth road which has loads of cafes, bars and shops. We're very close to the beautiful river lea canals and the hackney marsh.

It's my favourite to live in London, and I've lived here for 30 years!

£600/month includes all bills.
