Short term (30 Nov - 5 Jan), E5, 3-bed house

Hello all,

My partner and I are letting out our beautiful house in Lower Clapton over the Christmas period.

We'll be away from the 30th Nov until the 5th Jan and are looking for a couple/family to stay for the whole or most of that period.

While staying at the house you will have access to:

- Living room with piano and TV
- Fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dryer, kettle, toaster, fridge and freezer, but no dishwasher)
- Two bathrooms and toilets - one downstairs (with shower), one upstairs (with a bath)
- Three bedrooms - a Master bedroom; a second smaller bedroom, and a Study which can be converted into a bedroom
- A backyard with garden

The house is situated close to Millfields coffeeshop with proximity to parks, the Hackney Marshes, Chatsworth road and a 15 min walk to Clapton or Homerton overground stations.

NB: We have a cat called Rocky who might stay in the house, so we're hoping to find someone who likes cats and would be willing to give him food once a day. Rocky is very quiet, cuddly, mostly sleeps throughout the day and is great with children. He is a semi-outdoor cat and uses the toilet outside (i. e. you do not have to worry about that), just ensure he has food and water.
If you really like the house, but the cat is a deal breaker, please reach out - there might be an option to book a cat hotel for him.
Equally, we're open to negotiate a reduction of price if you are happy to look after the cat.

We are considering lets of more than two weeks, and the price is 850 GBP/week. A security deposit is required so that we can guarantee the booking. Alternatively, we can agree on booking through a third-party platform (e. g. Airbnb).

This is our permanent home and we're looking for someone who will enjoy the property with consideration.
