🏡 The Space:
The rooms has a working from home setup and big wardrobe.
There’s a shared patio which can get some sun in spring or summer (north facing).

📍 Location:
Lower Clapton, Hackney. Very close to hackney downs, there is plenty of great coffee shops, pubs and sport studios, less than 10 minutes walk.
Dalston & Stoke Newington are a short ride for lively nightlife and amazing restaurants.

👨 A bit about me:
I have been living in the flat since 2023 with my girlfriend.
But in 2025 we moved to France for almost the whole year.
Now I am back, but she stayed in France permanetly. And now I am looking again for someone that would like to take one of the rooms.
I am a very laid back person, easy to get along with and up for making plans if the weather is nice!
I change hobbies quite often, now I am into surfskating and making ice-cream.
I work from the office around 3 4 days per week. But also I travel to France for some weeks.
