Subletting For 1 Month

Hi guys!

I will be in vacation for 1month and I'm renting my room. 1 month include bills. £840
Room is available from 1th November until 29 November.

The house has 2 floors and my room is on the top floor.
I have a small desk, a chair, a double bed, and a small wardrobe.

We have a large kitchen (also a living area) and a garden (exit from the kitchen), a bathroom (upper floor), and a toilet (0 floor).
Cleanliness is important to us. We clean common areas after use.
My friends are easy-going people. They are all professionals. The current housemates are Ozge (landscape gardener/me), Ed (I. T. consultant) and Rosalyn (marketing execute), Baz (IT consultant and photographer ) are aged between 30-36.
Rectory Road Station 6 minutes (walking)
Dalston Kingsland Station 20 min (walking) by bus 10min
Stoke Newington Church Street 17min(walking)
Hackney Downs Park 3min(walking)

We have neighbourhood cats around and visiting us regularly. Sometimes they sleep on the couch. If this is not match with you, do not recommend here😊

I organise meetings by via call and face to face and will decide in until 25th October.
