Hello there!

We have a mezzanine room available in our lovely flat in the heart of Hackney, available from 25th August for ideally long-term rent.

The room
It will be fully furnished, and has lots of storage space, mezzanine bed.
Rent is 830pcm and bills are added on top – they come to about 80-130 per month (depending on the season).

The flat
3-bedroom flat, newly renovated, with open plan kitchen and lounge, all furnished – we are just needing a dining table at some point 😊
1 shared bathroom.
Our landlord is very nice and responsive if we should need something fixed.

The flatmates
Aaron is 29, works fulltime in a local gym as well as a photographer. Likes museums, board games, gigs, park walks, reading, and a lot of music!
Georgia is 32, works in healthcare Marketing and loves yoga (there’s a MoreYoga 5 mins away!), nutrition and being out and about.

Location
About a 10 min walk to either Hackney Central or Hackney Downs overground stations, which will take you to central within 15 mins.
The area is vibrant with lots of great cafes, pubs and restaurants, perfect for exploring on the weekends. Shops are located super close in any direction, with a big Tesco 10 min walk away as well.
Hackney Downs park is just around the corner – ideal for relaxing on a summer’s day!

We like to keep a tidy, calm space for all of us to relax and recharge – but occasionally enjoy a brunch on the weekends or pint at the local pub together, so we hope to find someone likeminded.
