Relaxing double room for a fine flat mate

We are looking for a kind, friendly, reasonably clean, not sexist, racist or Tory flatmate for a lovely light double room in our tall Victorian house. The house layout is unusual as it used to be two flats so it has two kitchens meaning you get one mainly to yourself! There is a large sitting room downstairs and we like to have a film/games night sometimes and a house meal on a Sunday when we are all around.

Weekly cleaner for bathroom and downstairs of house. I travel a lot for work so would be mainly you and downstairs is Alf who is 21 and a gardener. Also my niece is moving in from Australia she is 24. We like climbing, music, outdoors life. Not someone who works from home or makes any noise late as we all get up by 7 on weekdays.

Amazing location near Hackney Central, parks, the canal, restaurants, cinemas, dalston and markets etc. Easy links to center of London.
