Double room in lovely 3-bed flat in Lower Clapton

We are looking to find a flatmate for the 3rd bedroom in our lovely maisonette in Lower Clapton. The room itself is a great sized double overlooking a quiet street. The room comes with a bed and a built in desk but is otherwise unfurnished.

The flat itself is bright, spacious and homely with a garden (accessed via the fire escape - very New York haha). We have a realllly big living / dining room where we like to chill and watch trashy TV, cosy up with a book or host friends for dinner. There is 1 shared bathroom with a bath.

2 mins from a great local pub, The Elderfield, under 5 mins walk to the lovely Chatsworth Rd, lots of great restaurants and cafes nearby, 15 min walk to lots of lush green space (Hackney Marshes).

5 mins walk to lots of handy bus routes (38/55/253/254/242/425/488/106) and 15 mins walk to Hackney Central/Hackney Downs/Homerton Overground stations.

Rent: £1000 per month (paid on the 14th)
Bills: Average of £100 per month
Deposit: £1000
Council tax band: C
The place is let by a local private landlord who is great to deal with!

About us...

Esme: Age 27, works in events so occasional evenings but in the office everyday, loves a gig as well, exploring the city with a coffee, cooking for friends and partial to awful reality TV or a bit of football on a weekend

Georgie: Age 31, works for an advertising agency (in the office 3 times a week). Can often be found at a gig, on a run, in the pub, practicing yoga, keeping up with what's generally going on in the world or buying too many books (and sometimes reading them!)

We are looking for someone who is friendly, easy-going, clean and considerate who is keen to hang out with us socially but also has their own thing going on.
