Sunny room to rent in Lower Clapton

My lovely flatmate is moving out in August, so I’m looking for a new person to join us in our lovely home 💛

I’m 31, work in music, and travel every now and then for work. I’ve been living here for just over two years and it’s really become home. The other flatmate is Grace, 31 who works in tech. Ideally you’ll love dogs (like us) as theres a small dog called Rex that lives in the flat.

It’s a cosy, LGBTQ+ friendly flat, and we’re hoping to find a flatmate who’d be up for the occasional dinner or glass of wine with us, whilst also being respectful of each other’s space.

Both rooms are unfurnished and rent is £1050 pcm + bills.

The room is a lovely sun trap and looks out over pretty Clapton Square. We’re just a 5-minute walk from Hackney Central and Hackney Downs stations. There’s a cute green right on Clapton Square, Hackney Downs Park is only 3 mins away, and the Marshes are close too — perfect for weekend strolls. We’re also super close to loads of cafes, pubs, and bars, and we even have roof access for those hopefully sunny summer evenings ☀️
