Large bright room available in family home

Bright en-suite double room available in Victorian terraced family home. I, Jen, live at the house with my 4 year old daughter, our Romanian rescue dog and 3 lovely cats. The room is on the top floor so feels quite private. It has a shower room next door which would be for your private use. There is also a bath in the master bathroom which can be used from time to time! We have a nice west facing garden too, although it admittedly needs a bit of TLC!

Please note, I am expecting my second baby in April. Therefore considering either a short let until then, or someone who is comfortable with a newborn around - appreciate that’s not for everyone! Would also consider reducing rent come April in exchange for a little assistance here and there. We are super close to Homerton hospital - would really suit a nurse etc.

Please also note that our dog can be a bit of a handful, so if you are afraid of dogs, it won’t work unfortunately. The cats are super chill though. I have put ‘no living room’ as doggo sleeps in there, so probably best to keep that as our / her space day to day. But definitely not opposed to it being used.
