Spacious double near Hackney Central

A very spacious double room is available now a few minutes from Hackney Central Station. Furnished and with good storage space.
The house consists of 3 bedrooms, big kitchen and big bathroom and small additional toilet (just renovated.) No living room but the kitchen is quite big and nice to hang out.

Sharing with me and Floriana, we are friends and both Italian. I work 3 days a week in a shop in Camden and I also make music. Floriana works as a gardener 4 days a week and studies naturopathy.
The house is quite intimate and wouldn't suit people working from home every day.

We would like to meet people who are clean and tidy and with a good understanding of what sharing a place means. This is not a party house but we like fun people who we can have a glass of wine with sometimes.
We are into music, art, cinema, spirituality, nature and food!
The area is great, super well connected and with lots of bars, supermarkets and cafes just a short walk away.

Price is £950 for the room, which includes all bills.
