Lovely room in queer Clapton household!

THE ROOM

Hi! We have a room going in our 4bed in Lower Clapton. Room comes semi furnished (You'll get a mattress but no bed base) and is big enough to fit a double bed, desk, bookshelf and still have room to lay on the floor and rot.

£745 + bills. Council tax band D.

THE HAUS

It's 3 floors, and you'll be sharing the floor with one other. There's 2 toilets (one on each floor) and one shower/bathroom upstairs.

THE COMMUNAL SPACES

Newly renovated kitchen downstairs with all ya usual amenities (bar a microwave (Nigella Lawson pronunciation)). This is adjoined to a lovely living room which gets ALL DAY SUN cause it's SOUTH FACING which also makes it a good place to rot. We have a TV with all the usual streaming services but TV license person if you're reading this we never watch BBC.

THE GARDEN

Aaaand we have a garden! It could look better but it could be worse. gets so much sun it's almost stressful. Good place to heal after rotting.

George: From New Zealand, 28. Has lived in this flat for nearly three years and is prone to slapping the walls and saying "ah, my old mate". Works in comms but side hustles in film journalism and is therefore a walking IMDB. Loves cooking Meera Sodha recipes and reading books. Is obsessed with Tinashe.

Izzy: Also from New Zealand. 28. A multi talented queen currently working as a graphic designer but also studying a masters in geography. has lived about seven different lives already in different countries. Is an artistic soul who can paint and draw and probably could make marble sculptures if she really put her mind to it. Laughs a laugh and a cig with George out back. Walks a local dog once a week for fun (and companionship).

Stefano: Our residant Italiano. 31. Can make a banging pesto and has finally perfected his cookie recipe after a few early speed bumps. Works in publications at a museum where he is UNDERVALUED. Slay sense of humour and without a doubt the best dressed in the house (is often required to do the free labour of advising George and Izzy on outfit choices). Is also obsessed with Tinashe.

We hang out! but also sometimes rot in our rooms! No pressure to do either but we're ideally looking for someone who matches our freak. We are all queer so it'd be cool if you are too but we don't discriminate. Message if this is you!
