The flat has 3 bedrooms, a shared kitchen, living room and bathroom - it’s situated in a quiet street, near Lower Clapton road and Millfields Park as well as Chatsworth road. Lot’s of nice shops and cafés around and it’s a nice location for all the parks around.
It’s £823 a month + bills which are around £200 (sometimes it’s less), including a cleaner. Deposit is £997
You would be sharing with two girls - Hannah (29) & Flavia (31). The house has a very relaxed and respectful energy and we are looking for someone to complement that and enjoy the homely vibe. We like to grab a wine together and cook a meal or head to a local pub.
We are looking for someone ideally aged 28-34 vegetarian/vegan friendly, etc
The room comes unfurnished except for a wall cupboard.
