Double Bedroom in Lower Clapton (04/12-12/01)

Double room from the beginning of December to middle January 2025 (flexible dates)

The house is located on a quiet, residential area, 5 mins walk from Chatsworth Road, a very cute street where you can find everything you will need - and a sick old school cinema “The Castle”. 7 mins walk from Homerton station.

The house is very spacious with bright living room, big kitchen, one bathroom, one toilet and a big garden at the back with a green house. There is also a large storage area under our patio if you have things to store.

The room is located on the first floor, furnished with a bed, shelves, bedside table and a wardrobe.

The house is a quiet space for us to relax and unwind but we are also very open to having people around and enjoying the garden together. There is a lot of space in the house that even with guests it doesn’t feel loud. We try and be respectful to eachothers working hours and check with the rest if we want to have a big meet up back at the house. We are looking for a clean and tidy individual. The room has various indoor plants that might require watering once every 10 days so ideally a person that is into nature and caring for the space.
