Looking for a housemate

Looking for a housemate to move in mid July (it is available from the 14th of July to be exact). Would ideally prefer someone in their late 20s onwards, grounded and respectful and who has their own life and is similarly a professional or creative. I am queer and my flatmate is poly so it is important for us to live with someone preferably queer or queer friendly✨🌈. We both work in education, my housemate also does animation work and we are respectful and tend to live our own lives though would be happy to occasionally do something together as a flat.

The house is super lovely, in Lower Clapton (7 mins walk from Hackney Central) and the room is very spacious. Rent: £625 per month but will go up to £720 from November. Bills: approx £80 per month. However, no living room though have not found it to be a problem. Get in touch! X
