Double room in lovely Lower Clapton house

We're looking for a new flatmate in our spacious house with a lovely garden in Lower Clapton

The room is available from the 1st of April 2026. The price is 1070, plus bills between 190-225 (including a cleaner twice a month).

You'd be sharing the house with 4 professionals in their 30s who work in various industries (music, tech, media art, TV). We all get on well and are looking for more than just a flatmate. That said, we are all busy adults, doing our own thing most of the time, but we enjoy having a chat, dinner or pint together every now and again.

The house is a 5-bedroom house with a living room, a kitchen/dining area, two bathrooms, and a garden. The house is near the river Lea, lots of nice cafes and very close to Clapton overground. It’s a 5-10 min bike ride to Hackney Central/London Fields/Dalston etc.

We're sorry but we can't accept couples. This is a lgbtq+ friendly house.
