Hello there!

Come and live with us in our lovely Hackney home. We have two double rooms available as our flatmates are moving on to new adventures! The house has a good size living room, a decent garden, proper insulation for winter, and beautiful Hackney Downs at the end of the street!

We're a quirky, creative and friendly household, yet respectful of each other's independent lives. You will be sharing with three lovely housemates (late 20s to late 40s) - Rich who runs a comic book shop and Kana working at a Japanese concept gallery. The house would suit like-minded, chilled, mature, clean and tidy people, someone who knows and understands share living and wants to have a place to call home.

The rent covers all bills including a cleaner twice a month. Room is available 14th August, but moving date is flexible. Contract will be renewed Feb 2025. This process is likely to involve referencing but you shouldn't have to pay for it.

(A) Small double is partly furnished, with windows on both sides this room gets loads of light and is great for both houseplants and sun cycle views alike. WHF not recommended. Rent £790, deposit is £670.

(B) Big double is partly furnished with built-in wardrobe to store all your clothing collection. This room can fit an office desk, if WFH needed. Rent is £1000, deposit is £868.

And if you're not familiar with the area, the house is located 10 mins walk from Clapton/Stoke Newington and 15mins from Hackney/Dalston, with Rectory Road overground station, 5mins away. At the very heart of trendy East London.
