Spacious Double En-suite in Lower Clapton

A lovely bright and spacious double unfurnished en-suite room based in lower Clapton with a communal living area and kitchen.

About 10 minutes walk from Hackney Downs station and 5 from a bus stop - it takes around 45 minutes to get into central London.

You'd be joining three creatives; Amber, Danielle, and Darcie, we're all in our mid-twenties so ideally looking for someone similar ! We're all clean and tidy, more importantly, we're all friendly and are always up for an occasional pint at our local (2mins from the flat)

boring admin; must be earning at least 2.5x the rent and be in full-time employment, OR working freelance for a minimum of 12 months x
