Lower Clapton, 5 min walk from Clapton Station, 12 minutes from Hackney Central and 2 min from bus 56, 106, 253, 254,
Loads of pubs around.
THE HOUSE
One shared living room/kitchen opening on the garden.
2 bathroom/toilets.
THE HOUSEMATES
You will be sharing the house with my 4 amazing flatmates:
actor, copy writer, courier, carpenter. All nice and friendly!
They are all early 40's and do their own things (some might not be around all the time - work, holidays) but they will enjoy sharing a glass of wine with you, play Mario Kart, gardening or going to the pub.
Looking for chill and easy going people who are respectful of people's space.
No couple as we are already 5 in the house(sorry folks, I know it sucks 😔 I've been there).
