Hi everyone,
We’re Lorenzo (32, working in tech) and Federico (34, university researcher), both from Italy, and we’re looking for someone to join us in our lovely house in Clapton, E5, for a short-term let.
Our current housemate is moving out on 11th October, and a friend will move in from January (flexible). So, we’re offering the room for October–end of December. Perfect for someone new to London or looking for a short-term place.

New build: 3 floors, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (+ extra WC), with a private garden.
Spacious & stylish: Open-plan living/kitchen, exposed brickwork, underfloor heating.
Private garden: South-west facing, ideal for BBQs.
Great location: Quiet cul-de-sac, seconds from Millfields Park, 10-min walk to Clapton Overground.
Local gems: Chatsworth Road cafes, pubs (Princess of Wales 1 min away), buses to Dalston/London Fields stop right outside.
Available room: Middle floor bedroom, shared bathroom.

Federico (34): Researcher in social policy, loves cooking, reading, and political chats.
We like a respectful, clean, and friendly home – not just housemates but people happy to hang out too.
