August sublet in modern flat share with garden

I’m subletting my room near Hackney Downs park for the month of August (also happy to negotiate on a weekly basis). The room is a large double with high ceilings in a modern, clean ground floor flat with lots of light.

You will be living with my flatmates Zeina and Unai. Zeina works for a cycling & walking charity and Unai does social media & PR for a popular perfumer. (Note that the dog in the photos does not live in the house!)

The house has 3 bedrooms, one shared bathroom, an open plan fully equipped kitchen and living room with big windows, a private patio and private back courtyard with bike storage.

Hackney Central and Hackney Downs stations are both a 10 minute walk from the house. There is a bus stop right outside the court, and lots of other bus stops within a 5 minute walk.

The room is available from August 5. I will return September 4 but can accommodate a later move out date if needed.
