Beautiful, light room with tall ceilings available in nice area. Lots of bars, food places and gig spots nearby.

Room comes with bed, mattress and large-double doored wardrobe/bed side table. Currently have my own desk in there but I am going to move this out in the coming months (before you arrive so if you have a desk definitely bring it!).

Room is on our garden side so is insanely quiet for London, honestly had the greatest sleeps here! Also get the nicest light in most months so felt very lucky.

I have already moved most of my stuff out so please bare in mind the room will be bare and does not look like it does in the photos.

House has awesome living/kitchen area in the top floor, so has beautiful views over hackney to the city, as well as being super light.

We also have our own large garden (for london - i. e. space for lots of potted plants and picnic bench!) which you have access to through a shared corridor with the downstairs flat.

Current flatmates are warm friendly and like to do things together as well as have own things going on. They all mostly work in their workplaces so hopefully you won't be a totally remote worker but we will consider you if you are.

I need to relocate urgently due to a change in job. So I am looking for a responsible decisive person who knows this is what they want.

The room is available from August 12th with a need to fill it by 1st September until the lease end which is 31st January 2025. This could be extended but you will likely need to find 3 new housemates as the current people are thinking of moving on by then.
