The 242 to Aldgate and Shoreditch stops directly outside the flat, and it’s a 5 minute walk to catch the 55 to Oxford Circus, 38 to Victoria, 106 to Whitechapel (all under 45 minutes!). Bills are roughly £155 per month (Water, Electricity, Gas, Internet and Council Tax). Rent is paid on the 17th of each month! You’d be taking over directly from my current flatmate, who’s paid rent until the 18th of this month - so you’d send the money back to him from move-in date.
THE ROOM
The room comes unfurnished bar a double bed frame, however, it’s large enough to fit a king-size frame in. You also have private access to the terrace, which is gorgeous in summer! There’s storage built into the walls, too.

You’d be sharing with me - I’m 24, and work in Mayfair. I’m originally from Manchester, and I’ve lived here for 6 years.
I work full-time, so I’m out the house most of the week. After work I love a cheeky Guinness with friends, and I’d love a flatmate who knows they’re always more than welcome to join! 🍀🧘🏼♀️
I’m super relaxed, any downtime I like just chilling and watching telly, or I’m out the house with friends. I’m looking for someone who’s tidy, respectful and chilled out on the same wavelength as me!
